Cozy family room with plenty of seating plus electric fireplace, oversize streaming capable 55 inch TV & sound bar. Master bedroom with king bed, bathroom, TV and private porch..a perfect spot for morning coffee with views of the lagoon and golf course. The secondary bedroom is a great place to relax after the beach with a queen size bed, crisp linen sheets & streaming capable TV. The upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, streaming capable TV & sit down Pac man/Galaga game for added entertainment on those rainy days . Outside an additional rooftop porch is a great spot to read a book, stare at the stars with the provided telescope, or relax with a glass of wine. Within walking distance to the beach and steps away to the private community pool, Seabrook Island is a gated beach community with equestrian center, tennis courts, 2 golf courses, beach front pools and restaurant. . Additionally, The Lake House has a fitness center, outdoor pool, playground, basketball court, lake & indoor pool. Within 10 minutes to Freshfields Village for retail shopping, groceries, restaurants and shopping and located only 40 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston, this home is truly the perfect Island getaway!

Perfection

Wonderful vacation! Rental property met all expectations; host was extremely prompt and thorough in answering all questions. Location convenient to everything. Would highly recommend Seabrook as a place for vacationing and this property as one to go to!

Very nice visit

My husband and our two young children had a really lovely stay at Courtney's home. The space was perfect for the four of us and the view of the pond is beautiful. Perfect staycation.

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Courtney’s property is beautiful, fully equipped and in a good location. The 3 balconies were so nice to just chill on. We explored the island on rental bikes which was a lot of fun. Thanks for a great stay and communication. Will definitely stay again!
