PLEASE NOTE: The unit has been completely restored following the damage incurred by Hurricane Ian. A mold clearance test was received for the unit.
However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until mid 2024. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests. Construction is still occurring during the daytime hours.

The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a large lanai over the water.

Beautiful in every way!

We wanted to be centrally located with water views and this didn’t disappoint! I looked at many units in the Sanibel towers, and the esthetics of this unit were what won me over. I love the clean white and grey design and everything was updated and wonderful. Bathrooms were superb and updated. I loved the master shower. I cooked all breakfasts and most lunches and a few dinners here - everything was easy and accessible. Missing a few staples in the kitchen for utensils like a pizza cutter, wine opener, etc. grocery stores close by, Sanibel just across the bridge. It was perfect! Beds were comfy (tho the full size in the second room was very very squeaky it didn’t seem to bother my kiddo) and a plus to have a washer and dryer to clean our beach wear every day and towels. I’d definitely stay here again. We sat on the lanai each night for the storms and sunset. Worth the cost! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Everything was wonderful. The condo was spotless and lovely. Great view. We loved the pool, beach and laid back environment. Super easy access to Sanibel Island. Hope to return.
