This home serves as the perfect gateway for you to enjoy your vacation with a short 3-minute walk to the beach. Each separate unit of the duplex is 1500 sq ft and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, easily sleeping 8 guests. In addition to the ocean and beach activities, Bush Gardens, Williamsburg is a 45 min drive away.
Virginia Beach is 32 minutes away.
Each unit comes with 4 free parking spaces.

Weekend in Norfolk

As others have commented, the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy but no issues, other than the pot smell from next door. The house is super clean and the host was very accommodating and helpful when needed. Great stay!

Wonderful Host + Property!

The instructions provided by the host ahead of the stay were very clear and made our check-in process seamless. The property was incredibly clean and matched the listing. This property was also very conveniently located! It was maybe 10min from the airport and local highways were easily accessible. Communication from the host throughout our stay was great, and I'd highly recommend this property!

Good place to stay

House was clean and comfortable, nice part of Oceanview Beach within walking distance, quiet street although there are some adjacent properties that are in need of some care but still felt comfortable at the house

Great spacious home so close to the beach!

My family loved our stay here! FIrst let's address the neighborhood. Yes it seems a little sketchy, there are some low income housing options next door and we did have a few "neighbors" walk through the front yard on their way to the corner store, but everyone we encountered was friendly and we never felt unsafe. I walked by myself to the corner store several times late at night to grab snacks for our crew. Now moving on, the proximity to the beach is excellent, only a block and a half a way. The house is roomy, well stocked with supplies, large capacity washer and dryer, cute back deck and tree shaded yard. The included drinks, coffee pods, and snacks were a sweet touch. We found a great pizza option nearby at Regino's but they don't deliver. I would definitely stay here again!
