GCU move in

My son and I stayed here when I was in Phoenix and moving him into college at GCU. It was a clean, cute condo with everything we needed. 10 minutes from campus, and also a nice safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very tidy/clean, beds are very comfortable. Minimal supplies in kitchen for coffee etc. but water pitcher in fridge with filter for water was a really nice touch. Property was a little hard to find using GPS because it is off the main road. Entry info provided by owners failed twice but we were able to get in touch with the answering service to get inside late at night quickly.

Gray stay

Very clean and quiet. We just needed a place to sleep. We did not explore around us so not sure about safety or neighborhood. Very close to down town. Easy access. The alley could use some new gravel lots of pot homes
