Located in the coveted 145-acre gated community of Kingston Plantation, our condo is in the perfect vacation location, situated between where Myrtle Beach meets North Myrtle beach. Just minutes from literally hundreds of restaurants, attractions, places to shop and beautiful golf courses, our location alone is reason enough to look no further. Kingston Plantation is truly one of Myrtle Beach’s most elegant private and gated premiere communities.

One of the largest and most highly coveted floorplans in the Margate, this condo is great for families and groups. From the largest balcony square footage in the Margate, you have an amazing view of the south, including the Apache Pier, all the way into Myrtle Beach, as well as views of the gorgeous Kingston Plantation. With a huge wrap around balcony from the Living Room to the Master Bedroom to the second bedroom, as well as a private balcony for the 2nd Master, you can see for miles and miles.
This spacious home offers an open floorplan with tons of living space. For the gourmet chef in your group, the spacious kitchen is fully stocked and ready for creating culinary delights. On hand are all the basic spices you need to get you started. There is a dining table for 8 and adjacent 4 bar stools to seat 12 adults. This full-size kitchen has all necessary dishes, drinkware, baking and cooking dishes and utensils you may need. Small appliances include a blender, mixer, chopper, can opener and Air Fryer. A selection of wine is on hand with our “take one/leave one” policy, so you never know what unique selection a former guest may have left to enjoy!

There are two large Master Bedrooms with a king size, super plush mattress, flat screen TV, and amazing views. The first has balcony access, an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. The second King Master has its own private balcony and en suite bathroom, and the third bedroom with King bed shares a bathroom with both shower and garden tub. Relax after a day of shopping, golf, or enjoying the beach in a candlelight bath with provided bath salts and bombs. Bedroom 4 is delightfully decorated and furnished with two bunk bed sets, one with an additional trundle bed, to sleep five. All linens and towels are provided.

This condo’s living room is very spacious with tons of sitting space, including a large sectional sofa, a reclining chairs, two additional comfy chairs with ottomans, and a pull-out Queen sofa. A 65” flat screen TV can be easily seen from all seating areas. A cozy fireplace will keep you warm in the chilly or damp weather. There is plenty of room here for movie night, the Big Game, or just relaxing. A separate game table is set up for playing games or putting together a puzzle. On the occasional rainy day or timeout from the sun, there is a collection of books and board games to enjoy.

For anyone with mobility issues, there is walker available upon request. For folks with infants and toddlers, there is a highchair, pack ‘n play, and umbrella stroller available. Hopefully, this will save precious cargo space in your car when you pack!

We provide high-speed internet throughout the condo, cable television, and streaming Roku television in the Living Room, with which you can log in and use your own streaming channels, and flat screen TV’s in all the bedrooms. For the beach, there are two folding chairs, umbrella and stand, beach toys for children and adults, and plenty of beach towels. There is a beach chair/umbrella rental service on our private beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Margate Tower itself is an elegant high rise, the highest oceanfront resort along Grand Strand. This much sought-after vacation and owner-occupied site has 24-hour security in its elegant lobby. Be sure to check out the beautiful cascading bi-level pool, accessible only to Margate Tower guests and residents. During the winter, the top pool and relaxing spa are heated for your enjoyment. Then it is just over the dunes to the beautiful, private beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Look to your right and you will see the famous Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the East coast. And it’s just a short walk to Ocean Annie’s, an icon for Myrtle Beach vacationers and locals for over 35 years.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. Earlier or later times may be possible based on availability and prior arrangement.

Due to the size of this property, the large closets, full bedroom sets and multiple storage cabinets, this condo is definitely perfect for long-term rental. Note that we only rent to individuals 25 and older, and only for a maximum of 10 guests (toddlers and infants not included). The individual making the booking must check in for the entire party unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Smoking is not permitted in Margate Tower, or within 30 feet of any entrances. Pets are strictly forbidden for non-residents.
