Shell House, Condo 1417 is located in the Shores of Panama Resort, with a highly desirable reserved parking spot located on the 3RD FLOOR. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $95 on-site resort packet available for beach-access armbands and garage parking passes.

2BR/2BA: King bed in master and Bunk (Twin over Full) in guest room. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom attached. Professionally Managed by Azure-Properties.
This beautiful condo consistently gets all 5-star reviews! The marina blue pool area has tropical palm trees, greenery & flowers. Comfortable deck loungers surround the pool. There is a zero entry side of the pool as well as steps. Beyond the pool, a walkway leads to the beautiful sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has been updated with new cabinets, furniture, mattresses, appliances, sinks, toilets, flooring, linens & towels, silverware & dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker and a counter top ice maker. We use Gulf Coast Laundry for 100% Sanitized Linens & Towels in all of our properties!

The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom and gorgeous views of the tropical pool area, sugar white sand beach and the emerald water of the Gulf. The bunkroom has a custom twin over full bunkbed, TV, and en-suite bath with washer & dryer. This condo is complete with everything you'll need for your home away from home on vacation!

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Fun fun fun

Came down alone to get away. Plenty of people to meet and enjoy the place with. Nice tiki bar and food bar by the pool. Condo had all I wanted. Good A/C for us big boys. The only down side is elevators. To say they need to be upgraded is an understatement.

Perfect views, plenty of space for my husband and 3 kids! The property manager Brandi was absolutely wonderful! Got back to me within a minute each time I reached out and answered any questions I had as it was our first time in PCB and in a resort. We will definitely be back and stay in that exact condo❤️

perfect getaway

Easily one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in. Brandi was so helpful making sure we had everything we need in order to check in and check out. Property was super clean and had just about everything necessary for a blissful vacation. Will be booking again!
