Located off the private drive in Deer Run Manors, Brown Manor features one bedroom, one and half baths and a sleeping loft. The cottage has a deck with a hot tub overlooking the wooded valley behind. Within 30 minutes from the local attractions in Logan and Hocking Hills.
Please note, parking is limited to two cars.

The path going from the parking to the manor is paved, but it does go downhill to the manor.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we will have an external security camera located by the front door facing the sidewalk and parking area.

Internet is provided, but can be slow and spotty at times. Streaming is not guaranteed. Due to the location, we do experience occasional outages out of our control.

There are permanent residents that live in the Deer Run Community at the front of the property, please beware that some residents do have dogs and to be careful when driving on the private road.
Brown Manor is located off of the private drive in the Deer Run Manor community. Located just outside of Logan, it is close to Hocking Hills Market, Clear Creek Metro Park and downtown Logan. It is under 30 minutes away from some of the popular trails in the Hocking Hills State Park.
Brown Manor is located on a private concrete drive. There are two parking spots off of the driveway available for guests and a paved sidewalk that leads down to the cottage.
Brown Manor has a first floor bedroom with a full size bed and a full bath across the hall. The living room features a gas fireplace with a large picture window overlooking the valley behind the cottage. On the other side of the first floor there is a dining space and the galley kitchen stocked with pots, pans and more for your cooking needs. Upstairs in the loft you will find more sleeping arrangements, there is a queen bed and a two twin beds. There is also a half bath located in the loft as well.

Please note: the stairs going to the loft are steep.
