Towards the rear of our residence, you’ll find the bedrooms each one with King-size bed. ✓HOUSEKEEPING: Depending on the length of your stay a weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included and mandatory. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays). Additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 75€ supplement

✓PARKING: Pending a daily supplement and availability, R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

✓LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 8:00pm, pending a 5,00€ supplement per luggage piece.

✓LATE CHECK-OUT : Our default check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 3 p.m. are subject to availability and a 60 € supplement. For a departure after 3:00 p.m., we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.

✓BABY CRIBS: Infants from 0 to 4 years old are welcome free of charge, sharing existing bed configuration. Baby-cribs are available pending availability and a 12€ daily charge.

Comfortable and spacious apartment
The apartment was amazingly comfortable. There is a completely full, well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The touristy areas were easily accessible by tram and train. It was a fabulous home away from home.
