Relaxing Family Getaway

Very calm and pleasant stay for New Years with family and friends. We had fun in the pool, enjoyed the games in the garage, and got to do a hike nearby at Tahquitz trail (highly recommend). The home was a bit dusty and the kitchen tools could have been more stocked (no blender/grater), but that didn't take away from the comfort of our stay. A spacious retreat near Palm Springs. Overall 5 stars.

Great place in convenient location

This house is huge, with lots of space for a large group. It's only about 20 minutes from Palm Springs, and about 30 from the north entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Great spot, but it seems like it's still in the process of being set up in some ways. There are lots of towels available, though not a lot of towel racks/hooks in the bathrooms. There's no coat rack near the front door, and not much in the way of cooking supplies in the kitchen (no baking pans, for example). There are very few instructions from the owners, but they are very responsive to questions submitted through the website/ app. The back patio is awesome, with its elevated spot to help you take in the view of the mountains. It's a nice spot for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving Stay with Family

We are leaving in 5 minutes so please message this in 5 minutes. “We have left the house. Thank you. We really enjoyed your beautiful home. It is comfortable and spacious. Everything was great except we had a 15 year old discover all the pornographic videos that were out in the video box. It would be best for families renting this house if those items were not there. We had a family Thanksgiving with teenagers and grandparents so it was very inappropriate. Thank you again”.
