The air conditioner has been replaced in 2023 so we should not have those a/c issues mentioned in reviews. The 2nd level (this is a 3 story townhome) has been freshly painted and furniture replaced!

King in master bedroom furniture and linens, queen size bed in guest room, with a single as well. Come see our improvements! We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys so less for you to pack!

We call our beach home 'Suite 16 and kissed by the sun'- you will call it heaven. Enjoy our sugar white sands and emerald waters by day and the calming sounds of the surf by night. This townhome boasts a private deck off the spacious living area, as well as a private balcony off the master bedroom.

The views are breathtaking in all directions and are often called the best on the beach. Cozy living room, updated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, washer/dryer, covered parking and more. This is a wonderful vacation retreat... enjoy the serenity of our beach in Seagrove.

Walton Dunes is a non-smoking property in its' entirety, please respect the Associations' rules.

Only Walton County, FL landowners are allowed to have pets on the beach with proper permits.

Our a/c units have been serviced so it does get cooler on the 3rd floor, however, this is still Florida in the summer.

The location can’t be beaten. Bedroom and bathrooms were great. If I owned this condo I would upgrade and update the downstairs. Overall, wonderful place to stay.

Family Vacation - Our Favorite!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful places with beautiful views. Our little family had a fantastic time and Laura was awesome. It couldn’t have been better! Can’t wait to be back!

Great Stay, Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The location and views are perfect. Private beach access and a section of the beach that is not crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions.

Great place. Location and view are amazing

Had a great stay and the condo is right on the beach. We loved being able to see the waves breaking from the living room. Pictures actually make the unit look more dated than it is. For the price and location, it is wonderful. My family had a great time. Having the access to beach chairs and umbrella was awesome. Would come back for sure! Working with the manager was easy and they were extremely helpful. Thankful for a place like this!
