The beautiful Mountain Bearadise in the Big Canoe Community in Jasper, Georgia, boasts 4 welcoming bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 10 guests. A gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances - including an oven with gas range, double-door refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Sit down for meals at the dining table or take your plate to the deck to enjoy lunch with a view.

Ready for some entertainment? Play ping pong on the screened-in deck or flip on one of the big screen LED smart TVs in the home to watch Dish Network TV and Netflix. Cozy spaces inside and out offer a place for guests to unwind and reconnect. There is also a Keurig coffeemaker and drip coffeemaker, a nice mix of bedding sizes, a wood-burning fireplace, mountain and lake views, new furniture, and a grill and heater on the deck!

Weekend in Bearadise

Actually got to see a bear while at property! We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding :). House is spacious, with nice outdoor seating. Could use a bit of maintenance & updating.

Perfect getaway

My group of 10, 3 families, loved this house! We especially loved the fact that the rooms were on each level which provided privacy when we needed it. The trundle bed in the loft came in handy when the tween girls wanted to get away from the boys and have their own space. We stayed over thanksgiving and the fall leaves all around gave it that feel we were after. We saw a few deer, right outside the house. The resort community has plenty to offer. We hiked a few of the trails that are right outside the property and everyone enjoyed them. All in all, it was the perfect short term getaway we needed.

Beautiful home in gorgeous neighborhood

We went to see our grown sons who live near Atlanta. When we got to the gate to check in, they did not have us listed. They did have the family members’ names that I had submitted. Easily corrected. The house is very pretty and spacious. It needs a good cleaning inside and out. The living room furniture also needs replacing. The cushions are pretty flat. It was clean enough that I didn’t call to complain, but I spent some time cleaning the kitchen myself. I would have mopped if I could have found one. I’m sure the property managers will see to it. They were receptive when I called about check-in. The rooms are spacious with plenty of linens and towels. (No bath mats in the master, though.) The house is near the beach and there were some nice trails to walk. Overall it was a good experience. Only two parking spaces in front of the house, but there’s a lot nearby (walking distance) for visitors. Take time to go to the marina to see the boats, too. Lots of wildlife to see and the kids enjoyed the rec center with the heated pool. The grocery store is about 15 minutes away. There’s also a bakery, but we didn’t get to try it. About 20-25 minutes from a Walmart and fast food. Nice visit!
