Brand new HVAC and electric fireplace. 15 min from downtown Palm Springs and a short walk to the well known Lautner Compound, our location is perfect for enjoying all the surrounding areas ie; Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, and Rancho Mirage. Want to lay out by the pool instead, grab a couple of pool towels and walk on over to the newly refinished heated pool or bubbling hot tubs or play a round of tennis or pickle ball on the courts next to the pool.
