This is a quiet, safe neighborhood and friendly. Perfect country family retreat

We loved our stay! The house is spacious, clean, well-appointed, and beautiful. The kitchen is great for chefs. We used the outdoor grill/smoker and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful location with 15 minute access to the Utah Shakespeare Festival and restaurants in Cedar City. We will definitely return!

The house was extremely comfortable with a great energy. We felt right at home. The house was very clean and inviting. P.s. the sauna was a huge bonus.

It is a one-of-a-kind home for Cedar City. It is close enough to town but far enough for that country quiet. It is a brand new modern home with a pool and on several acres. This home does not disappoint.
