About this property

Nestled on a large 1 acre lot is this beautiful, private cabin that can host the entire family for fun and adventure. With six bedrooms you can fit everyone comfortably and still have room to spread out and kick up your feet. The cabin features a large covered deck, two large living rooms, and forest views that make the sunrise something you won't want to miss. Lots of parking room for RZR's. Come make memories and enjoy the beautiful mountain. Main floor: Bedroom 1- king bed + master bathroom Bedroom2- queen bed Bedroom 3- queen bed 2nd bathroom w/shower and tub Basement: Bedroom 4- king bed Bedroom 5- queen bed &bunk bed(full & twin) 3rd bathroom with shower Loft/Bedroom 6: Trundle bed(2 single mattresses) Trundle bed #2: (2 single mattresses) Access will be from digital keypad on front door. Please message us if you run into any issues and we can try and get help out there. We are located very close to all the action of Duck Creek where you can stop in town for some gas, some local pizza, or a UTV rental. Guests have a large parking area from the concrete side of the house to the entire pull through from the top to bottom of our property. Property can fit 8-9 vehicles. We are approximately 45 minutes from Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Both Brianhead Ski Resort and Cedar Breaks are located just up the road. We have a very extensive guest book that details several local attractions as well like the lava tubes, ice caves, and waterfall hikes! *NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ROAD. MUST PARK IN DRIVEWAY This property has cameras located around the exterior of the property for guest and home security and safety. These include the driveway, doorway, fire pit, deck, and hottub area. Property is a smart home with smart door locks, and smart thermostat, and smart devices including smart home devices. Rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with very strict activity restrictions. Violations will result in landlords being fined and security deposits potentially being forfeited. A list of restrictions is available to help you determine if this rental is suitable for your vacation plans.

Everything was perfect!!!

There wasn’t enough hot water for 12 people to shower , only for 4,5 people, but was very clean and spacious!!!👍

Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed cabin!

The owners have thought of everything with this cabin. It is very clean and well stocked in every way. Comfortable furniture, game tables and fun things to do everywhere. Owners/property managers were very easy to reach and prompt with responses as we encountered some problems during our stay. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful setting. The real wood burning stove was a nice woodsy touch as well. This cabin comfortably sleeps 18 in beds, and is very spacious at that.

Relaxing Retreat

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful cabin. Everyone had their own space and the communal areas are great for friends or families. Our three kids loved playing in the basement and we played so many board games on the virtual table upstairs. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax in the hot tub which was perfect after days of hiking, fishing, and enjoying the gorgeous scenery. The hosts were kind, gracious, and communicative, we felt so well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Loved this place

This cabin was clean and had everything we needed. My family was entertained with the fun games and amenities inside and enjoyed the nature and what the area had to offer outside. We would book again.

Excellent Family Cabin

We stay in Duck Creek often and have rented many of the cabins. We saw this one and the positive reviews and decided to try it out. So glad we did as we were very impressed. The layout worked worked well for us with four couples and young kids. Kids played in the loft and yard and the basement family room. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well thought out and useful. Easy to get in and out of the cabin. The deck was awesome and hot tub perfect.

We are located very close to all the action of Duck Creek where you can stop in town for some gas, some local pizza, or a UTV rental. It has plenty of parking, and can accommodate larger groups with its 5 bedrooms and loft sleeping area.
