Spacious bunkroom and newly added Game room with pool table, foosball, and electronic darts. Climb atop the Crow's nest and enjoy a beautiful view of the beach. Conveniently located in between Rosemary beach / 30A and Pier Park offering a wide variety of entertainment and dining. 1 Mile from both Publix and Winn Dixie. Using the heated pool is additional $50 per day. Hot Tub use included.

Excelente house

The house was clean and it was really close to the beach. Loved that the bunk beds where queen size. The beds were really comfy definitely I would look forward to stay there again

Wonderful property- close to the beach

We loved this house - perfect for two families with teenagers. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart, as it’s a few blocks to the beach- a nice, flat, easy walk through a quiet and safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped, having two refrigerators was really nice. Kids loved the game room. Our favorite part was the front porch. Lots of time spent there on that swing. Beds comfy, clean. We’ll be back!!

Awesome house and Great location

Loved the house and location of the property. Short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. Loved wrap around deck, new streaming TV’s in every room and bedroom. Bedding was very comfortable and plenty of towels for home and beach. Kitchen was setup great w/all the needed appliances, and plenty of cooking utensils. Enjoyed game room each night and watched movies on large TVs using streaming apps. High speed internet was excellent to complete work each night. Owners great and looking forward to another trip in the not so distant future. Thanks Jack and Beth for letting us stay at your home!!!!

Good location but strict home owner

The location was great because it was a quick walk to the beach. Owner reached out a few times at 7pm to tell us to turn our music down for a 10 pm noise ordinance.
