Welcome to Birch Beach Haven! This beautiful Mediterranean style home is located in the best spot in Fort Lauderdale. Located less than a minute walk from famous Fort Lauderdale Beach as well as sitting next to the amazing Birch State Park, the property offers experiences no other property in South Florida can offer.
Guests have access to paddle board, kayak, or canoe the State Park Lagoon and walk over to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sand and waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach. All of this while being only minutes away from Las Olas Beach Area, Galleria Mall, and Las Olas Shops. Great family house

Great experience with Daniel. He was very attentive and responded quickly as needed. House was walking distance to beach and bonus was river in back yard to kayak/canoe.

Great home

This house was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The kids did kayaking multiple times a day which kept them happy. My friend fed the iguanas often. Maybe not the best idea. There are beautiful ducks. I did encounter a raccoon one night!

Perfect location, beautiful home

Managing agent Daniel Wood took this property over from the previous company just days before our arrival. His efforts to ensure that our stay went well were above and beyond - no matter what hiccup or minor issue we encountered, he was available within minutes. Can't thank him enough for all he did. The weather didn't always cooperate, but the house and the constant presence of nature were amazing (we will miss the waterfowl, iguanas, lizards, osprey, and many other fauna who floated. swam, or sauntered by!) The beach is a short walk away and close enough to reach on foot in minutes - even with small children in tow. Thank you, Daniel, for helping our family find some solitude and beauty in a chaotic world!

Awesome getaway for a friend reunion

I came down to this property for my older brother's birthday + bachelor party with 10 of his good friends, many of which he hadn't seen in a while. Both the main house and guest house were clean and tidy, the pool was great, and the grill and kitchen appliances were high end and a pleasure to use. We were a 2 minute walk to a great beach, and a quick Uber/lift to nightlife and golf. I highly recommend!

Great property but needs some TLC

First let me say that the property and location was excellent and Andy (the property manager) was very responsive when we had issues. However, it would have been great not to have to contact Andy in the first place! This property is described as a luxury home and it is very high end in terms of price (in my opinion). As such I would not have expected to make as much contact as we did. We had multiple people come to the property to sort issues out. We had issues with the AC not working and 2 different folks had to come out to fix the issue, none of the ice makers work, the fan in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t work and the bathroom had a damp smell. Two of the bedrooms had TVs that didn’t work, the propane grill didn’t have a tank (for the money we paid this was irritating although one was delivered 2 days before we were due to leave). It got to the point where I stopped contacting Andy because I felt like I was being a nuisance. Having said that we had a GREAT time and really enjoyed the pool, lagoon, and how close we were to the beach.
