This beautiful Grand Haven home is the perfect location for your vacation destination. Blue Yonder sits on the well known five mile hill giving you spectacular views of the lake. Enjoy a meal cooked on the charcoal grill or a campfire after watching the sunset. Grand Haven State Park beach is located just 100 yards from the house. This homes location puts you within walking distance to beaches, the pier, the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. With a classic cottage feel and unbeatable location Blue Yonder is a great summer vacation retreat.

Blue Yonder accommodates 9 people in 4 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, the first bedroom has a full bed, second has a queen, third has a full and a twin bed, fourth has queen size bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and the second on the second floor. This is not a pet friendly property.

Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.

September is a gorgeous beach month

We loved that there were so many different areas to hang out and relax with our favorite being the wonderful porch and fire pit area. Easy access to the beach and great location from the Pier to the downtown area. The TV in the main living room area signal was to weak to get Netflix and wouldn’t load any other apps. A few of the mattresses need an upgrade and the bedding and room rugs could have been more clean. Overall the cottage had loads of personality and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Location!

This was a great place for a family vacation. The house is rustic but everyone was comfortable and we loved walking to the beach. Would definitely consider going back.

Perfect Beach Location

Our main goal was to go to the beach every day and the location of this property couldn't be better. Literally a 5-7 min walk from doorstep to shoreline. The property itself was very cute, and most importantly CLEAN. The neighborhood is also quiet. With a few minor updates, it could be a 5 star property. We would definitely consider staying here again.

It was a good location. For the most part the house was good but it could have used a deeper dust cleaning, more towels, the lighting was scary that it was all plug in and the fan was hanging off the ceiling it wasn’t secured.

Good property.

Good property, great location, fair price for this older two story home. Had a blast with the kids on the beach, which was within close walking distance.
