The apartment itself is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom utilities, bedroom utilities, and a pull out couch.

I live in Lake Wales, Fl. I was trying to escape hurricane Ian and went southeast to Hutchison Island. No place in Fla. was safe and I returned home the next morning. I called the owner and requested a refund for the next day. The owner refused me even though they were unaware of the circumstances. The parking lots and roadways in the complex were flooded, the awnings were up in unit with no view. I was looking for a comfortable stay away from the hurricane and was not afforded it. The owner should of been aware and not rented it out. Beautiful place but not habitable for my stay. Outrageous price with cleaning and service fee. I received no service. Would stay in this area again, but not with these owners. POOR MANAGEMENT.
