Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, this newly renovated Taylor Avenue apartment features a tony location and deluxe amenities.

LOCATION

This property is located ideally between Downtown Seattle and Upper and Lower Queen Anne neighborhood restaurants, bars, theaters, music venues and coffeehouses.

A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. A short, transfer-less ride will take you directly downtown, or if you care to walk to the Space Needle, the Seattle Center, or EMP, they are located one mile away.

SLEEPING

Rest comfortably on a deluxe queen size mattress topped with memory foam along with down pillows and a down comforter.

Bed linens are 650-thread count Egyptian cotton. There are two spa quality robes hanging in the closet for your comfort and enjoyment. A brand new American Leather queen-size plus sofa bed comfortably accommodates two additional guests.

KITCHEN

The apartment’s gourmet kitchen includes brand-new deluxe appliances: a five-burner DCS dual fuel range, a Bosch dishwasher and a Fisher Paykel refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also features handmade cabinets, slab granite counter-tops, a stainless steel microwave, a coffeemaker and complimentary Caffé Vita beans.

LIVING ROOM

The furnishings are classic and mid-century modern inspired. This includes an original marble top Knoll Saarinen table surrounded by European chairs in white leather. Hundreds of channels are available on high definition cable, and there is a Blu-Ray DVD player with a 40” LCD HDTV. You may also simply listen to FM, CDs or your iPod on the stereo -- all of this while comfortably seated on a full grain leather sofa or mohair chairs.

BALCONY, GARDEN AND HOT TUB

Double French doors open out to a large balcony decked in Brazilian Teak, featuring a view of the professionally landscaped grounds beneath. From the balcony, a private stairway takes you down to a 1,400 sq. ft., terraced Montana slate pathway leading past a 6-person hot tub.

Great apartment, great hot tub, great bed!

This is the best VRBO we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few! Right from very complete information received from the owner to check out time, everything was perfect. Loved the art work in the apartment, the lovely mini forest in the back yard, the best hot tub ever and the very, very comfortable, beautiful apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised. Bus across the street to get downtown; the Queen Ann shopping area up the hill; great restaurants and neighborhood pubs in both directions. All in all a wonderful spot if you want a comfortable, classy stay in Seattle. Thank you William Graf, owner. We will be back.

Great apartment. Great location A+++

Wills place is really nice. Great kitchen and laundry. My wife and 2 late teen kids were comfortable for our 3 night stay. Backyard is private oasis with hot tub. We were within walking distance of some nice restaurants. Laredos was great, and Citizen had wonderful breakfast and coffee. Space needle and museums were close. Pike place a little further. We would walk there and uber home late for not much money. Had a great time, would go back for sure.

Lovely stay in Seattle

My husband and I had a very nice time staying in this Queen Anne Hill apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner from the food we got at the fish market. Everything was very clean.

Excellent Queen Anne Property for a visit to Seattle

My wife and I and our two daughters just finished a three night stay at this wonderful property in Queen Anne. We could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay with wonderful amenities, great location, and a friendly and helpful property owner. The apartment was exactly as described. Kitchen is very well equipped, living room comfortable and bedroom and baths also very nice. Our daughter's slept on the fold out couch. This is no ordinary fold out couch, but a very nice memory foam type mattress with solid (no springs) frame. Very comfortable. Although parking is on street, we had no difficulty finding a place to park within a couple of blocks (typical for a Seattle residential neighborhood). We will definitely consider this a top option for a place to stay when we visit Seattle again in the future!

Home Away From Home...We Loved It!

Our family of four (2 kids, ages 12, 10) LOVED this place! Top quality appliances, furniture, linens made for a great stay. Enjoyed the artwork in the place too! Ten minute downhill walk to Seattle Center and short walk or drive to numerous eateries. The owner William was so easy to work with before our stay offering detailed information about the property and places of interest for our stay. Easy on-street parking. Located in the cool, hip,Queen Anne District. The unit has a beautiful outdoor back deck with access to a hot tub and a gorgeous backyard. Felt like we were staying in a Pottery Barn advertisement, truly a top notch VRBO property

In my opinion, Seattle is the most beautiful city in the United States and this apartment is perfectly situated to enjoy a unique private garden atmosphere while being close to all the important sights of the city. We have been living on Queen Anne hill for over 30 years and think it is the ideal location to see Seattle and all it has to offer.

We are centrally located near the heart of downtown Seattle and enjoy easy access via cab, car or bus. Although we are midway up one of Seattle's most notable hills, Queen Anne, we are mere blocks from the Seattle Center and South Lake Union. Boutique coffee houses (Caffe Vita, Citizen) abound and an outstanding selection of the finest dining available is never more than a few minutes away. Should you decide to stay in, your efficient gourmet kitchen overlooks a living/dining area furnished with classic mid century furnishings placed in a delightfully detailed 1926 bungalow renovation. Powder room facilities are discretely located near the entry and a small office/work area is furnished with a fax, scanner, copier/printer. The living area opens to a Brazilian teak deck that overlooks and steps down to a hot tub and 1,400 square feet of Montana Slate that has been set into a terrace and meandering path leading to the end of the yard.
