Welcome to Serenity Sunrise, a new, custom-built cabin in Chalet Village North offering spectacular 180-degree mountain views, full-loaded amenities, and a prime location close to downtown Gatlinburg and other top destinations. Nestled on the side of the mountain, our 3-bedroom cabin accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for a family-friendly trip or a getaway with a group of friends.

As you enter the cabin you will notice the incredible two story windows offering you million-dollar views and allowing the sun to pour into every room. Wake up early and sip a cup of warm coffee from our coffee bar while watching the different hues of color of the breathtaking sunrise from the comfort of your chair. Trust us, it is amazing and worth the early wake-up. Furnishings of the cabin are comfortable and accommodating for a party of eight.

Wood floors and pine ceilings throughout the cabin set the tone for your relaxing retreat. Serenity Sunrise provides a contemporary space for you to show off your culinary skills. No need to cook alone. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island with five bar stools for your fans to witness meal preparation and continue the conversation. Stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and granite counters equip the gourmet to create to his or her heart's content. The dining table area seats 6 comfortably and the island includes 5 more counter seats. If you're a grill master, we haven't forgotten you. There is a brand-new Weber Gas Grill waiting to be fired up to prepare your steaks, burgers, and chicken. When the meal is complete enjoy open-air dining on the main deck with an outdoor dining table.

Outdoor decks with multiple firepits, seating and entertainment can be found off of the main living area. Dine, relax, or grill outdoors with the breath-taking views on the deck conveniently located off the main living area. Downstairs is a covered deck where you will find a hottub/jaccuzi,
and a unique octagon firepit area with swings and adirondack chairs. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine around the fire after a long day of site seeing.

For more entertainment, you can simply head up to the open concept second floor where you will be greeted by MASSIVE game room that includes an 8' Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Pedestal Barrel Arcade with over 3000 games, Smart TV, and a selection of board games. There is plenty of seating including a pub table, sofa and chairs.

The cabin is conveniently located to all major attractions:
• Downtown Gatlinburg and Anakeesta (10 minutes)
• Smoky Mountain National Park (14 minutes)
• Dollywood (17 minutes)
• Ober Ski Resort (13 minutes)
• Pigeon Forge (13 minutes)
If you don't want to deal with traffic, the cabin is just 10 minutes from the Gatlinburg Trolley pick up/drops off location. Drive to the pick-up point and you'll find a free parking lot. All you need to pay is $2.00/ day and the trolley can take you to over 100 locations.

* We do not give refunds based on weather, illness, job loss, or emergency cancellations of any nature, nor do we consider date changes outside of 30 days' notice. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your vacation in the event of unexpected changes to your trip.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths and beach towels for the hot tub.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide a starter kit that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and hand soap. Additionally, we'll also provide you with a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher detergent pod, dish soap, a few trash bags, and laundry pods. You will need to purchase or bring additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, blender, various size pots & pans, serving bowls and platters, and even a chip and dip platter! We also provide a full coffee bar that allows you to make coffee your way - regular coffee pot, Keurig, french press and a pour-over pot. Ground coffee, coffee beans, creamer and sweetners are all provided.

4 Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a new Weber gas grill located outside by the side of the cabin.

5 Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.

6. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.

7. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

8 . How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. However, the final mile is definitely steep and can be intimidating for people not used to driving in the mountains!

9. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It's basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. We cannot predict what the weather will do, although we always hope it's ideal for your stay. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.

10. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed (800 MBPS) cable internet with Wi-Fi. We also provide USB chargers in every bedroom for convenience.

11. How many parking spaces are there? - We have a paved driveway to the right of the cabin that accommodates up to 4 vehicles.

12. Do you decorate for the holidays? – Yes! We decorate for Christmas between mid Nov-Jan each year.
