About this property

Hate those extra fees when you find an affordable nightly rate? So do we..Price includes all but the VRBO fee!!!
Stay right in the upper Hollywood Riviera Village neighborhood. We have a studio with a loft and a private roomy bathroom. There is a Queen bed in the loft (up a ladder) and a Queen futon couch with a memory foam pad on the main floor. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood and while the studio is connected to the owners main house, there are no main shared living walls except the bathroom.
There is a keurig coffee maker complete with pods and coffee condiments and a small fridge. We are however a no smoking, no cooking establishment due to there only being the bathroom sinks that are not equipped to handle food waste.

The owners live on premises and have a small friendly hypo allergenic dog. The guest entrance is through the backyard and while she is rarely out there on her own we ask that you be conscientious when entering and exiting. The backyard and bbq are available for use for occupied guests with advanced notice.

We are close to Palos Verdes Walking trails, Many of South Bays best beaches and Marinas and some of the finest dining in Southern California.

Near cities of Torrance, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, San Pedro.

Wonderful stay in Redondo

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Mark’s place communication with him and his wife was very easy. I’m thinking about coming back.

My flight was delayed a few hours. The host was great keeping in touch as my arrival was early the next morning! They were very helpful and understanding! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Neighborhood bungalow

Mark and Suzy were good hosts. Their bungalow was cozy and comfortable in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. This was our second stay and will stay again in the future.
