The unit is located just 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades and 25 minutes from Miami International Airport and Port of Miami. Plus, our new Sunset Club Rooftop Bar and Lounge is the top place to experience the perfect sunset while sipping on your favorite cocktail!

We want to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please take a moment to review our important policies and procedures.

* Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 6 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge of $55 per guest, per night.

* Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled.

* Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.

* Credit Card Authorization: $200 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit. This is a temporary hold, which will expire after your check-out.

* Noise Monitoring System: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all, our property features a noise alert monitoring system. Please rest assured that there is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring inside the unit. We respect your privacy. Keep in mind that excessive noise that crosses property lines at an unreasonable volume is prohibited within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance. We ask all our guests to be mindful of their noise levels and be considerate of our neighbors' peace and quiet.

* Hotel Resort Fees: Upon check-in, guests are kindly requested to settle the Hotel Resort fees, amounting to $35 per night, plus applicable taxes.
