Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom House - 5 beds & 6 Seat Golf Cart, 4 min ride to beach

1900 square foot private house with 6 passenger golf cart boasts plenty of living space overlooking the 10th green of the Links Course at Sandestin.

Renovations were completed in February of 2022 including new paint and flooring throughout as well as a complete master bathroom remodeling. New purchases include king bed, two queen beds, sectional couch, dining table, four flatscreen smart TV's and more.

The quiet neighborhood of Sandpiper includes many full-time residents with very limited traffic making it safe for kids to play outside.

A short four-minute golf cart ride will get you to the Emerald Coast with turquoise blue water and white sandy beaches. If you need to change up the swimming scenery, take a shorter golf cart ride to one of the many outdoor heated community pools.

Inquire about access to the owner storage shed which will include all the gear you need for the perfect day at the beach. Avoid having to buy or pack the coolers, beach chairs, toys and games needed to feel like a local. We have this addon available to those who are interested.

This home has four separate living spaces. There are two indoor dining tables in separate rooms. Outside space includes screened in porch as well as outdoor patio with a propane grill... 10 guests can be seated comfortably to dine inside or outside depending on what is most comfortable for the group!

Three spacious bedrooms have their own smart Samsung TV's as well as closets and plenty of space to accommodate many different types of groups.

The 6-passenger golf cart includes Bluetooth speakers as well as seatbelts. The back seat folds up to create some space to stack coolers and beach chairs for easy transportation to the beach. Your golf cart will get you access to the Grand Boulevard for groceries, dining and shopping, beaches, marina, Village of Baytowne Wharf, the Market Shops at Sandestin, pools, three golf courses, mini golf and more.

Amenities include towels, soaps, washer, dryer, laundry detergent, ironing board, full kitchen, dishwasher and more. The property is wheelchair accessible.

A liability waiver for golf cart use will need to be signed prior to check-in. Waiver will be emailed for electronic signature.

Check in on Sundays can be arranged in some occasions - verification needs to be approved in advance.

Awesome house in SanDestin

Everything was described. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. Golf cart is a must have. Had a couple issues but they were resloved in a timely fashion. The shed is a very nice addition.

Great location and place to stay

3 moms and 3 teen daughters, we stayed for a week. Great location, right on golf course, quiet, close to everything we needed: grocery store, shopping, restaurants. Golf cart was a huge plus since we used it to go pretty much everywhere, it's more convenient to park when going to the beach than having a car. Owner provided a cooler, sun umbrella, chairs. One thing I would improve/change is to have more space for laundry. Stacked washer and drier are too small and it's difficult to get the clothes out of the washer without hitting your head on the dryer. Also, if girls staying, it would be nice to have an additional mirror in a single beds room. Kitchen was nice could have used more forks. Overall, we had a great time and experience. The beach was amazing, clean, white sand, clear green ocean, was beautiful. Best time to go is around 4 pm otherwise very crowded. We used one of nearby community pools, girls lived it.
