2150 W 30th · Cozy home in the heart of Ohio City

Located in the historic Ohio City neighborhood, our 3 bedroom 2 bath home was recently updated to create a uniquely Cleveland home away from home experience. Just minutes away from some of the best dining and nightlife options in town, guests also have easy access to all the major downtown sports and events venues. Sports fans will be especially enamored with our custom painted mural in the living room that commemorates our Cleveland's sports teams.

On the first floor we have a large master bedroom with a pullout bed, and a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy making meals. The downstairs living area has a comfy lounge space and TV. The upstairs area has another living room area space, a master bedroom with TV, a twin bedroom with an office desk, and a step down spa like bathroom for you to relax and unwind.

Parking is on the street.

Ohio City located on the West side of Cleveland, across the Cuyahoga River from Downtown is a trendy dining and entertainment hub centered on the main strip of West 25th Street. Ohio City is one of Cleveland's most complete urban neighborhoods. local restaurants and retail. Ohio City is rated the second most walkable neighborhood in Cleveland, with downtown being named first. Ohio City is known for its diversity, historic housing stock, entrepreneurial spirit, passionate neighbors, and anchors like the West Side Market, Lutheran Hospital and Saint Ignatius High School.

Quiet and clean

Place was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood! Our group was there for a whole week and found it plenty spacious and convenient for two couples. Two of us had to work during the week and had no trouble with the internet at any point. We’ll definitely see if this place is available for our next Cleveland visit.

Great location

The house was perfect for a night stay. Proximity to downtown, spac for everyone, and amazing mural! It was about a $15 Uber ride for 2 couples to get downtown. Can't beat it!

Comfortable gem in Ohio City

So happy to have found this gem of a property! The house was homey and comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for two couples. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and were able to see quite a few jets fly over head during the Labor Day air show. We especially liked the little neighborhood. We were so close to everything, yet still removed from the city noise. We would definitely stay here again!
