The Space:
This fourth floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite full bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, ensuite full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.

In the living room you will find modern furniture along with a large flat screen TV. Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

Convenient and cute

I came with my partner, a friend and her fiance for a wedding. Super close to where we needed to be. Clean bathrooms. Great food choices nearby. Would come back for sure

Excellent value

My girlfriends and I have been coming to the area for many years and we have stayed in quite a few properties, this one by far was the nicest!! The size was perfect and each bedroom has an attached closet and bathroom. It was a great set up for our group. We usually stay closer to downtown but I was very happy to be a little further (only 5 minutes further) out of town with all of the construction going on. The property was very quiet, no issues with noise from neighbors at all. The property was very easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again!

Easy in & out!

An easy in & out about Traverse City considering the current detours and construction. Our kitchen was stocked & ready for our arrival saving us valuable time; nice touch! Beds were as reviewed, very comfortable along with convenient, private bathrooms for both bedrooms. Unit 415 even gave us a view of the sunset.

Amazing!

We loved this VRBO! The only recommendation we have is to have a few more kitchen items available- foil, ziplock bags, etc. But really, those things are minor. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, etc. We will definitely be back!
