The spacious, two-bedroom interior has been furnished with guest comfort in mind. Vaulted ceilings and sofa seating in the living room offer a breezy place to enjoy comfortable downtime while streaming some of your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher and plenty of counter space and cabinets. A pass-through window makes it easy to serve up dishes in the dining area with seating for four. A tidy breakfast bar offers seating for two.

Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The home also has a variety of child-friendly amenities including a Pack-N-Play, booster seat for dining, and plastic dinner wear. Additionally, you'll be granted access to a sparkling, shared outdoor pool.

Great trip to Palmetto Dunes

Property was clean and great location close to the action in palmetto dunes. Renting was extremely easy and convenient with zero problems.

Queens Grant belated Valentines Weekend

Spacious, location, and clean would be the positives. Negatives would include flooring not coordinated in living area. Basically has 3 different types of flooring from kitchen to Foyer to Living room ( not very attractive ). Mixed appliances in the kitchen with some stainless and some white. In the living area the intake vent had a lot of dust and visible dirt on it. Painting throughout was of poor quality. Especially the beams in the living area. Also had ceiling tiles that were warped, broke, and out place in the ceiling above the beams. There is only 1 bathroom and it was not in good condition. Shower curtain was rigged to stay up pushed into a broken shower tile. Plug missing from the shower drain. Lots of visible repairs on the walls in the bathroom and dated in general.

Great location!

The walk to the beach is a bit far BUT they have FREE transportation which was awesome ! The property manager was fast to work with! We had some issues and she made sure to take care of them! Overall it’s a great place to visit!! We fell in love with it!!!
