About this property

Point B Exclusive - This Classic Cape is tucked away in the popular Edgartown Estates neighborhood in Katama.

The house has recently been outfitted with a brand-new Gourmet Kitchen. It features new stainless appliances, breakfast bar, quartz counters, cabinets, and floor. It opens to the Dining Area, and the entire space is sun-filled and has a sliding glass door that opens to a large back deck for outdoor dining and grilling. The separate Living Room has vaulted ceilings, a second-floor balcony, and sofa and chair seating with large screen TV.

One of the three Bedrooms (#3) plus a full shared Bath with Laundry Area, are also located on the first floor. The other two Bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom has its own private en suite bath with glass walk-in shower.

The house has a wraparound deck that opens to the side and backyards, with lots of open lawn space. The mid-Katama location is about a mile from downtown Edgartown and two miles away from South Beach. The bike path is at the end of the main neighborhood road.

Note: There is a doorbell camera on the front door. A pet fee of $350 per week is required to bring a pet. Please inquire.
