Great Space in Miramar Beach

This was a great space in Miramar Beach. It had convenient beach access and a well maintained pool and hot tub. The living space inside the unit was great. There was plenty of room for eating, playing, and watching movies. There are two drawbacks I think should be noted, and are the reason I am giving this property a four star review instead of five. The first is the balcony space. It's not very large with two chairs and a table. Not a huge deal, but worth being aware of. The second thing to note is parking. During peak season, each unit is allowed only one parking space. In the likely event that you'll have more than one vehicle, you can pay to park at a nearby RV park. Make sure you know if you're going during peak season so you can plan for parking arrangements. Overall, this was a nice space for our family vacation.

Beautiful space!

Beautiful space, gated community, rooms were so clean. Decor was the cutest! So many in home amenities. Beach chairs, beach toys, tons of room! The only issue we had during our stay was that our AC was not functioning properly and the fridge worked but did not keep things super cold. Our property manager was so friendly and helpful. She offered a new place when our air did not work. But we had 5 kids with us and did not want to have to uproot them. Even with the air not fully functioning, we had a comfortable stay. The pool was so accessible and the beach is directly in front of the gate entrance. Not a far walk at all. We would definitely stay again.
