Our newly remodeled industrial/ farmhouse style tiny cottage offers a stress free tranquil retreat in the heart of Alden , NY, the original location of the Historic Black Water Baths. Our tiny cottage is perfect for 2 but still comfortable for 4 with additional floor sleeping space in the lofted area on a roll out mattress. Our tiny cottage has a cozy lofted area for reading, snuggling, and watching movies!
Your hosts own a spa and wellness center across the street that allows you to enhance your stay with a variety of unique spa retreat experiences to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, a girls get away, or just a quiet night alone for self care away from your busy life. Indulge yourself in spa services such as Massage, Facials, Body Scrubs, Infared Sauna, Pedicures & Manicures, Private Cooking Classes, Essential Oil Education all provided by Escential Care Spa & Wellness located directly across the street in a beautiful historical Victorian home setting.
Your hosts are on site to assist you during your stay with any additional amenities or needs you may have. Additional amenities include use of Washer/dryer, and spacious accessible parking.

Little cozy cabin

Theresa has created the perfect little oasis in the charming town of Alden. The property was immaculate, warm, and very tastefully decorated. She even added little details like battery, operated candles. The appliances were all modern. The shower was magnificent. I only used the bed on the main floor, but it was extremely comfortable. It is conveniently only about 40 to 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. I would absolutely stay again, plus I will make sure that I leave enough time in my schedule to schedule a massage and or facial at the beautiful wellness center across the street. I have already discussed it with one of my friends that we should make a girls weekend getaway!

A welcoming comfy overnight

An overnight stay visiting our son and family in Alden. We recommend this VRBO. Good communication by owner regarding our stay; all we needed to know from arrival to departure. Comfortable, clean, lovely updated accommodations…spa like, relaxing, good location…. walking distance to diner, bakery, candy shoppe, pharmacy, nice amenity…..Keurig coffee & tea, toaster, dishes, towels, hair drier, etc. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Theresa!!

Love this little cottage!

This was our second stay at Theresa’s cottage. We just love how cute and homey it feels. Theresa is a great host and was able to accommodate our need to drop our belongings off early. It was super comfortable and a great place to stay after a long day out in the cold. Would definitely recommend Theresa’s place and we’re looking forward to visiting it again in the future!
