This two-bedroom two bath 5th floor split plan condo is located in the Seascape I cluster. All Seascape guests have access to the Seascape I pool, hot tub, and grill area located behind Seascape 4100 building. Close to the beach access and Cayman pool also. There is tile throughout main living areas and kitchen. Two patios off the kitchen and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a walk-in shower in the second bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests as well. Included with this rental is a washer/dryer, cable/internet. The community features heated pools, spa, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard courts, a 9-hole executive golf course and a private beach! Dine onsite, grab a burger or cold drink at the Tiki Bar located at the main pool. With manned 24 hr. gate house.

61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
