Perfect Sunny Home Near Everything!
I was perfectly happy with everything during my 2 month stay. I did not need a car; the beach, minimart, restaurants, bars all on the waterfront and a 5 minute walk. Upham beach is the north end of St. Pete beach with lovely sunsets, smooth sand, even a beautiful garden on the water.
The light airy apartment is all windows with quality blinds and furnishings. It is much roomier than the photos show. The kitchen well stocked and more surprising the bathroom had all the needed toiletries in generous supply.
The bed was very comfortable, and there was a generous amount of storage. One of the nicer features are the two outdoor spaces. The front patio is shaded and nice for entertaining, the back patio is sunny, both very private. Everything was very clean and tasteful.
Also provided were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and wagons. They think of everything!
Everything was in good working order, no problems with internet or television. Plenty of hot water and great air conditioning. I had a small glitch with the washing machine and Adam was there and had it fixed in 10 minutes.
Adam and Miriam are the owners, very interesting, kind and friendly people. They live nearby and were very accommodating.
The area has plenty to do and easy public transit 2 bocks away. Including a beach trolly that will take you to Clearwater or the city of St. Petersburg, hop on and off for 5.00 a day.
