One of THE BEST OCEAN VIEWS on Galveston Island!!! Welcome to ""Absolute Paradise"" on the Seawall just 9 blocks from 61st Street. A great location yet private and quiet. Absolute Paradise is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!

Large flat-screen LED HD TV's in the spacious living room and both bedrooms. Granite countertops, bamboo and tile flooring and all of the comforts and conveniences of home. Two gorgeous swimming pools, an awesome workout facility, a fabulous clubhouse and all the Galveston attractions are just minutes away!!! Welcome to Absolute Paradise!!! THIS UNIT HAS WIFI!

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS

The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay $37.89 per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a parking fee per vehicle (two max).

When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.

Most HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.

Resort amenities require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. A Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to go over the location and access of specific units.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Beautiful views
This oceanfront condo is on the third floor of a lovely well maintained, gated property. Two pools and hot tubs made beach playing and relaxing effortless. The condo included a king, 2 Twin beds, and a pullout couch. Images online are current to the home. We had a wonderful time- thank you!

We took a brothers trip to Galveston seawall. The Dawn condominium was an excellent stay for us.
The condo had the amazing view of the gulf. We would stare at the beach and enjoy having coffee in the morning. The condo had everything we had expected. It’s a great location for our stay. I really want to come back next year again. We loved this place.

We really e joyed staying here. It has a beautiful view since your on the top floor. The pool was so pretty and the beach was right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Place was ok. Seemed a bit pricey for what it was. Carpet was stained and dirty, bathrooms needed some upgrades and paying for parking seemed a bit expensive. Rental company said parking was $30 per car but when we went to the property office is was $35 plus tax per car. And the people working at the property office seemed very unprofessional and uninterested in helping. Other than that, location was good, kitchen was clean, pools were good and it had a nice view.
