Please keep in mind that access to the rental requires climbing one flight of steep stairs, which may not be suitable for those with difficulty carrying luggage. Located in an older building with thin walls and quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.

Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.

Please take your shoes off inside the apartment and pets must have toe nails clipped neatly

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night paid prior to check-in

Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.
