The fully equipped kitchen features a mix of stainless steel and black appliances, as well as generous cupboards and drawers to hold everything you need. Outstanding property

Exceeded our expectations. Property was throughly cleaned, corner unit that overlooks the golf course and lake out back. Everything was great and hope to return to this property again on our next visit to Hilton Head Island.

This was our 4th visit to Hilton Head. We have stayed at Evian each time and always enjoy the attractive condo units and close access to the beach. This visit was no different. I highly recommend staying at Evian when in Hilton Head.

Great condo in Shipyard!

Beautiful condo, would stay here again. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Host2Coast was responsive and easy to work with, and they give you a nice beach bag to take home with you. When you make a reservation, you'll get access to a really helpful app that will have tons of info about your condo (access codes for condo, pool, etc.) and helpful links for things to do, restaurants, etc. Condo is about a 6 minute bike ride to the beach and Shipyard was a private and beautiful neighborhood with lots of bike paths. This condo is also very close to the private pool, which was nice. The bottom closet had a beach chair, beach umbrella and a boogie board. Great view from the patio, we enjoyed seeing the wildlife on the lagoon and even saw an alligator. Definitely rent bikes for your time there, we used Hilton Head Bicycles and they delivered them to our rental, and prices were very reasonable. Shipyard was an easy bike ride to lots of restaurants and shopping.
