Relax and enjoy this newly renovated home (2020), adorned from top to bottom with brand new furnishings and designer features. Not one detail was spared in the immaculate design!

This single-level home offers a private backyard oasis with lush landscaping, outdoor dining, and a grill. Inside, the living room features a custom-built fireplace and wood mantel - the perfect spot to snuggle up in front of your favorite movie after a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for family and friends, with space to dine both indoors and out. Enjoy air conditioning in every room, luxury appliances and finishes, an in-home washer/dryer, provided beach gear, and private parking.

On this quiet residential street, you'll find that the surrounding neighborhood features some of the area's most popular shops and restaurants, and of course the sands and surf of Pacific Beach. North Pacific Beach stretches for over a mile from Crystal Pier north up to Tourmaline. It's a calm area that families tend to prefer. There are lifeguard-supervised swimming areas and facilities at the ends of Law and Diamond Streets. A wide variety of restaurants and shops are located within a three-block radius as well, with the beach less than half a mile away.

Thank you to the owner for sharing your precious home with us. We felt the love you put into it and it felt like a place we could spend a lot of time. Location was excellent, quiet neighborhood and the interior and yard was fantastic. Hope to come back for a month someday!

House is a "5", management a "3"
This is one adorable little home. All very clean, neat and updated. Nothing about the property is less than a "5". Vacasa, the property management, on the other hand comes off as very accessible when in fact they are not. Two things stand out. One we were shorted 2 bathroom hand towels and one wash cloth for 3 adults. Our communication with Vacasa was met with contempt and a suggestion "we carry extra ones (towels) because we do not replenish during your stay". That was fine but they never did bring what they said we were entitled to ("we only provide one wash cloth, hand towel, and bath cloth to each guest"). There was no follow up once we spelled out the fact we were short. The second issue was a missing blind in the master bedroom over the door to the back yard. The blind was to be replaced between 10 AM and noon the day after we arrived. No one showed. When we contacted Vacasa in this regard they said, "the local staff was aware of this and would ensure it was resolved in a timely manner, and that someone from the guest experience team would reach out to us soon". Never heard from them again for the rest of our stay. We covered the window with a blanket during our stay. Again, adorable house, poor management.

Great place to stay
The property was very clean, recently remodeled & in a great location. It is small but was good for sleeping over the holidays when we rented it. We will rent here again. Two areas for improvement would be Vacasa sending out the door code in the early morning so I didn't have to contact them on the way to the airport when I realized we did not have the code. Also, more washcloths & towels instead of one per person.
