We cater to ADULTS and FAMILIES.
Sassy By The Sea is a 3 Bedroom Triplex located south of 30A in Prominence, Panama City Beach (a neighborhood nestled right next to The Big Chill) - which is between Seaside & Alys Beach.
***BEST BEACH ACCESS-in my opinion is Santa Clara Beach Access approx 3 miles toward Seaside. There are closer access points but SC is my favorite b/c there is parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, ramp rather than stairs to the beach, chair service with reservations(if you desire…we have all the gear) & lifeguards.

All linens, mattress pads & protectors, pillow protectors, quilts and shams are washed between each guest checkin.

There are 2 resort style pools with private cabanas, one with outdoor grill and fire pit. We offer a street legal 6 seater golf cart (Cart has 6 seat belts all guests must wear- sheriff is becoming very strict violations are guests responsibility, carts allowed on 30A only excluding Alys Beach & Rosemary) and bikes for our guests to use which will be fun to go up and down 30A, the beaches and neighborhood. A few steps from the townhouse and you are at THE HUB/THE BIG CHILL a fun place for the entire family…food, games, live music, shops and more.

***Golf Cart included in rental with signed golf cart agreement, valid DL & current car insurance card.

After a day of sun & surf relax at Sassy By The Sea!! Our goal in designing the Sassy’s was to provide a high end relaxing retreat. The Living Dining open concept allows meals to be prepared in the gourmet kitchen while friends and family relax in front of the 70” television, play games, or curl up with a book

You can comfortably sleep 10 guests MAX. With comfort being the main object all mattresses are top quality Serta. There are three bedrooms: Primary Berdoom - King, Guest - King, & Triple Queen Bunk Room. The bunks are by Adult Bunk Beds - each platform holds up to 1,000 pounds. All Bedrooms have TV’s.

Master bedroom is complete with ensuite master bath with a fabulous walk-in shower. Guest and bunk room share the hall bath with tub/shower combo.

Great trip!

Our stay was perfect! The home was very clean and comfortable. Adults enjoyed the outdoor area for our morning coffee and late night caps. Kids loved the triple bunk beds- perfect for fort making during our rainy day. Location was great! Steps away from the big chill with multiple food options and lots of other families with to mingle with. Pool access was great as well. Most of our group used the golf cart to get there but was very close to walk to and from as well. Sari gave instructions for check in that made it all so easy. She also provided a list of recommendations that were also super helpful as it was out first time visiting. Everything you needed for a beach day was at the house also and beach access was easy to get to. We visited many of the surrounding areas and all agreed we’d stay in this property again!

Perfect for a small family of 4. Just a hop skip and a jump to The Big Chill. Just a golf cart ride away from Camp Creek and The Beach Club.

Great location!

Our stay here was fantastic. The place was super clean and was in a great location to all our families activities and friends. It’s an easy 30 yard walk to the Big Chill for food or fun. The owner of the home was very friendly and helpful with any questions we may have had. The home itself is very clean and well maintained. My family will be back for sure. It was a great trip.

Great memories & precious condo

We had an overall wonderful experience at Sassy by the Sea. We had three couples and two babies and pack n plays fit in all closets which was great for sleeping arrangements. The location is fun if you want to walk around, shop, etc. However, the beach access is definitely not ideal and public beach is very crowded (during peak season). The golf cart was nice for riding to the beach but not taking all of our stuff so ended up having to take another vehicle which there was little to no public parking. My only negative of the house is that the floors needed to be mopped. Host is Soo easy to work with and super kind!! Loved the touch of giving your guests the cutest koozies to take home or to the beach. If we had not had children the beach access would have been fine, just a little difficult with babies!
