Great location!

The condo is very centrally located and also well appointed. Everything was clean. The issue we had was with check-in. The instructions I received were not correct. The first person I talked to at Vacasa did not realize that the door lock was changed to a lockbox. I tried telling her that the instructions they sent were for a keypad but there was a lockbox instead. After an hour and 15 mins and not getting any response I finally got a hold of someone that gave me the lockbox code. The instructions need to be updated to avoid this frustration! Tired travelers at 7pm, it wasn’t a good start to the weekend.

Fabulous condo in a great location

This was a fabulous condo! It was just as shown in the photos, and in fact the pictures may not even do it justice. The beds were super-comfortable with high-end linens, plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen utensils. We did have a small issue with the AC unit, but the property manager was responsive and got it fixed quickly. The location was fantastic, being just steps away from River Street out the front, or the historic district with the parks and shops out the back. The view from the balcony is nice, overlooking the courtyard and the park across the street. The building felt safe and secure, too. My only very minor complaint is parking. There is a parking deck right behind the building, but it was full when we arrived. I parked a few blocks away on the street for a few hours, then found space in the deck later that afternoon. You can't stop on the street to unload luggage as there is no parking or turnoff lane. There is an alley in back that has access where you can do that. I highly recommend this condo and will be back!
