Nice Spot

Very nice building. Condo was clean and nice. Check in was lovely and easy. The valet guys were so nice. We were worried about temperature in the condo because of the heat wave, but it was nice and cool. There was a ridiculous party on our hall and management eliminated that very quickly. Thank you. Only complaint I would say was the view of the highway. The listing said river view and while yes, we could see the river from the side, we were really staring at the interstate. No big deal for us, just might want to be specific for future guests. We would stay again next time we return to Austin.

Got the job done

I was very upset with some aspects of that stay, and very happy with others. We did have to be completely embarrassed during check in as for some reason they could not find our reservation. I got attitude from the one fine B&B guy as if I was lying, when I payed thousand up front. The TV in the living room also the would not work all trip which was pathetic. Almost 2k plus for a week and the TV doesn’t work…. I have other complaints as well but don’t have the time to list the upsetting parts. Luckily we planned ourselves a nice enough trip to have an ok time.

Impressive

Very comfortable condo and location. Easy to navigate to Lucy Bird Trail,Rainey street and Congress Ave. Great parking valet team,professional accommodating. Very impressed with the responsiveness of the management team to any concerns. Kent was so helpful, kind and responsive. Having rented numerous times I do not think I ever encountered a more professional team! Would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing stay right off Rainey street

This was truly one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a vrbo. The management team was extremely helpful, the location cannot beat, and the amenities in the building were incredible. Our host was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. would stay here again.
