Three bedroom two bathroom condo within walking distance to the beach. Freshly painted, new furniture and bedding. Third floor of a three story building with an elevator at the end of the hallway. You can sit on the lanai and look at the view of old collier golf course. Inground heated pool. Very small quiet complex only three buildings. Condo comes fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay.

Holiday Vacation

The Condo was in a great location. Very close to the beach, Mercato as well as Fifth Avenue. The Condo had everything we needed for the beach such as coolers, chairs and towels. The bike was a great addition to be able to ride to the beach. The pool was heated, but limited seating and area around the pool for a large complex. The kitchen had everything to make meals for eating in. The screened in porch is awesome for early morning and evening reading or just relaxing, with a great view of the golf course. The condo was very very clean and with all updated decor. The owner was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

This property is located close enough to the beach to walk and being right up the street from Delnor Wiggins State Park makes it very nice. It’s close enough to drive to the downtown fifth Avenue shops and close enough to go up into Bonita Springs shopping.
