Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place to work or for vacation. Location is everything.......Townhouse is situated in New Kingston and walking distance or short car ride to all attractions: Bob Marley Museum, Devon House I-Cream, Emancipation Park, Port Royal, Sovereign Mall and the New House of Flamez Restaurant (10% discount for guest), just to name a few. Shopping, gym, restaurants and night life are also only a short distance away. Fully secured unit with remote operated gate.

The Space:

Great open space plan. With a huge yard space for walking and jogging. Townhouse areas have mango trees and other relaxing amenities.

Guest Access:

Guests have to enter the complex with a gate remote - there are no other way to get in. There is no walk-in entry from outside with the remote.
