Clean & charming studio in Chula Vista

Cute and charming clean studio, centrally located, freeway and dining close. Very quiet and a feeling of safety in this neighborhood, especially with the property behind a gate. Off street parking a plus for this location.

Awesome stay!

The location was perfect! Near enough to everything that I was able to take advantage of the wonderful Metro system San Diego has to offer, and Andrea was on point with everything. She stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I was able to check in a little early, she provided a new remote when the old was a bit wonky, and even showed up with flowers and a new bedside table. My only complaint about anything was the hot water was only tepid. The chilly weather that weekend meant the cooler water felt downright cold. That wouldn't deter me from staying at her property again because I know if it hadn't been such a brief stay and shower on my last day there, Andrea would have fixed it pronto!

Amazing little guest house!

This was an amazing experience and I will be using it in the future for when we visit San Diego again. Only a short 10/15 minute drive from downtown and Chula Vista downtown is a minute away for food nearby!

She’s a premiere host for a reason

There was an unexpected issue with the studio and host upgraded us to a house. Since I have family in the area, I will be using this host every time I visit. Very comfortable home. ☺️
