Renovated, Spectacular Waterfront Townhome on Navarre Beach!

“That Place by the Water” is a Sound front gem that will be your favorite place for the perfect beach getaway! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at Sandcastle Beach Townhomes on beautiful Navarre Beach Sound has been renovated with updated flooring, appliances, furniture, and decks.

The first thing you notice when you pull in under the townhome (yes covered parking!) is the spacious deck with ample seating and an outside shower. Stairs leading from the deck to the sand are the quickest way to get your toes in the refreshing water of the quaint beach on Santa Rosa Sound. A storage shed is available for your bicycles, coolers, chairs, fishing equipment, etc. A couple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, and a gas grill are provided. Parking accommodates two moderate sized vehicles.

The kitchen is a great place to enjoy anything from a quick snack to a full dinner. It is fully stocked with what you need for food preparation including place settings for 12. The kitchen has a large pantry closet so you won't have to play grocery Jenga ®. The sunny deck off the kitchen overlooks the community pool.

The dining area includes a desk with monitor, keyboard, & mouse for those working/gaming vacations. The desk expands to accommodate additional workspace.

The living room is a great place to put your feet up after a day at the beach or wherever your travels take you. The water view from the living room is one of the best views on the beach; day and night. The living room deck is the ideal place for dinner, entertaining, or just hanging out.

There is a full bathroom with a tub on the first floor.

Up the stairs to the second floor you will find two bedrooms and a second full bath. The primary bedroom is a restful oasis with a king bed and Sound views. The primary bedroom has a private deck. A sweet little sleeping fort is located in the large primary closet for any littles in your party. A twin rollaway bed is also provided.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a folding work desk. Both bedrooms have wall mounted televisions. All 3 TVs offer streaming, over the air TV, and external connections for your own streaming or gaming media devices. The second full bathroom has an updated vanity and walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. Automatic nightlights are provided for your safety.

Sheets, quilts and pillow shams are changed with each new guest. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have ample storage. DVD's have been added in this unit for your entertainment.

Bring your kayaks and paddleboards and enjoy a relaxing day on the water.

Take in a sunset from the community pier or walk down the sand to one of the locals’ favorite watering holes. Whatever you plan to do on your vacation “That Place by the Water” will be the home base of your dreams!

Excellent townhome rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After many years of vacationing along 30A, our family has been wanting to experience Navarre. We absolutely loved it! Nicole with Paradise Beach Homes was extremely helpful and friendly during the initial booking phone call, as well as with the emails pertaining to check-in/check-out procedures. The townhome listing description & pictures were accurate, and the unit was perfect for our family of 4. We commented several times about how VERY CLEAN the unit was! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was truly one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in! We appreciated the travel-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathrooms. The kitchen was very well-stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware/bakeware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, griddle, etc. There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen pantry cabinet was spacious & perfect for storing snacks, groceries, extra drinks, etc. It helped keep the kitchen tidy & uncluttered! The beds were very comfortable, and the closets were spacious for organizing clothes, storing luggage, etc. All kitchen appliances & the washer/dryer worked perfectly. There are 3 decks...1 overlooking the pool and 2 overlooking the sound. Great views!! Outside, there is a storage closet with beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. for guests to use. We appreciated the use of the beach wagon! We also enjoyed the outdoor shower for rinsing our feet, fishing gear, and beach gear after returning from the beach. We had fun walking to Juana’s & Sailors’ Grill via the beach on the Sound-side. We also enjoyed fishing off the private dock on the Sound-side.Since this was our first time to Navarre, we appreciated the welcome notebook the hosts had provided. Great time

We had a great long weekend! Close enough to the beach and we loved watching the boats in the evenings! The kiddos loved the fort took off the master!

Beach vacation

Overall our stay was fabulous! There was just a few things that could have been improved. The downstairs bathroom tub was clogged with hair. We couldn’t use it. Someone had left a used cigarette and a nasty cup on the upstairs deck outside the master bedroom. We also called about the sliding glass door being hard to open. Other than that we had a great stay and no other problems. It has a beautiful view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay!!! We will definitely be back!!! This beach house is on the sound with plenty to do right outside your door. Just a short walk along the beach will take you to an adjoining restaurant, bar and water activity rentals. They also had live music at night and beach volleyball. I loved that we could walk there and back. Across and down the street has public beach access. The water is gorgeous!!! The property was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The unit is only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels so you’ll definitely want to bring extra paper products. The kitchen has every appliance you’ll need but will want to make sure if you’re cooking, to bring your own salt/pepper/spices (which we did anyways for sanitary purposes). There were enough laundry supplies for a few loads, dishwasher detergent (5), dish soap and hotel sized body wash/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. The beds/pillows and furniture were very comfortable. The ONLY suggestion I would make is a cover for the outdoor furniture cushions off the living room balcony ~ it rained on the evening of our arrival and even though we tried to put the cushions in the sun, they remained pretty soaked until departure. And that’s only a suggestion as we have zero complaints! Can’t wait to come back and we’ll definitely be staying here!
