At the top of the stairs on the second floor is one of our favorite rooms in the house! It's a bonus living space with vaulted ceilings, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the top balcony that offers absolutely stunning views. You can see the ocean and marsh from this spot… plus, there's fantastic built-in seating to take advantage of! Down the stairs outside is where you'll find the sundeck with multiple lounger chairs. Back inside, the vaulted ceilings extend into both of the bedrooms on this floor as well. The incredible master bedroom suite features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is fabulous for the younger travelers in your group — with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, a separate twin bed, and easy access to the fourth bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
