Early June in Ocean City is known for "Senior Week" - a summer kick-off event for high school graduates celebrating the gap between high-school and college. Bay Club is available to guests age 18 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. We welcome all guests over the age of 18, but if you are not a recent graduate, please be aware that the noise and crowd during Senior Week will be rowdier and less family friendly than other weeks. For safety precautions, this property has additional security on site during senior week.

This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Your stay includes a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Whether you dine out or in, the kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a bay front dining and living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy relaxing on the patio with a stunning view of the bay. For your convenience, each unit has a washer and dryer. Additionally, Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, and all linens/towels are included. Daily trash removal by our housekeeping staff.

Minimum check-in age is 18 years of age - photo ID required. Senior Week rentals require in-person check-in at the front desk where we place a $500 hold for security deposit on a credit card. In addition, each occupant will need to sign an agreement including rules of conduct. A copy of our code of conduct is available upon request and will be emailed prior to arrival.
