Condo in the middle of everything is an historic building located in the heart of downtown Nassau. It's location is less than a minute away from Junkanoo Beach and less than a ten minute walk from Awarak Cay and The Pointe Hotel. There are restaurants, a liquor store and a food store all in walking distance from the location. Everything you need is right around the corner!
Please note that there is only one parking space and no guest parking so thus condo is not recommended for parties or large gatherings.

Great location, close to everything!

Just a few minutes to Junkanoo beach and lots of food and drinks. Close to tourist attractions. Locals are very friendly!

Great location and good communication

Great location! Wish there was a grocery closer though. Good communication from the owner. The property is definitely run down but it worked for the price and location.

The place is the perfect location. It’s literally in the middle of everything. One minute walk to one of the best beaches in Nassau(Jan Kano beach). 7 minute walk to the straw market, shops, cruise ships. The apartment is comfortable, we used it to sleep only, but it has a full kitchen. The host is great. Our flight was delayed and we were going to arrive late at night, and she offered to do our grocery shopping, which I thought was really nice of her. Each room has a tv and Netflix. The wifi was also a good ad-on. Overall, great!! Would definitely come back. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and available. The beach is literally 1min walk.

The communication with the property manager was great. Had all the info on hands before arrival and all was made easy. Needs only to put hair dryer and fix the door at the small balcony which cannot be opened for now. Otherwise I am happy with the place.
