About this property

I am a vacation rental designer in Newport Beach and this is my latest little gem. All brand new. . Kitchenette with ice maker for drinks and a darling patio outside (pics coming soon). It is steps to the sand tucked away on 37th street on the beach side. It is walking distance to the pier and shops and restaurants. It comes with beach chairs/ umbrella and beach towels. It does not have a parking space. But there is street parking all around.

Great location

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed. It’s was smaller than I thought and it’s actually a little stand alone studio behind another house. But overall I would recommend it and would gladly stay again.
