Completely remodeled, this home offers a comfortable, contemporary, coastal vibe with LOCATION!! Directly across the street from Atascadero lake, park and zoo. Centrally located in between San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Morro Bay this home is close and convenient to all of Central Coast's attractions.

3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. kitchen, dining, and living space. extra outdoor areas in front, back, and sides. patio dining, outdoor furniture, large grass area, cornhole court, game room garage with ping pong table, washer/dryer and extra fridge, and 2 electric bicycles! Two off street parking in driveway as well as free street parking in front and side of the house.

Our place is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including condiments and spices, coffee tea sugar creamers, and we even leave a welcome basket full of snacks. There are extra blankets and pillows, board games, and reading material. We provide shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. We go the extra mile with ice chest, beach chairs, propane grill and even 2 electric bikes to enjoy for a ride around the lake!

we have an amazing location, right across from the lake, park, and zoo. The outdoor living is a bonus here. Besides our gorgeous front and backyards with grass, shade, lounge chairs and outdoor dining, you can walk across the street to enjoy the playground, picnic areas, and walking paths around the lake. bring your paddleboard or kayak for the lake or you can rent there! you can also bring your fishing gear for a relaxing time on the lake. so much within walking distance and easily accessible to all of Central Coast's attractions.

Lovely stay

Stayed in Atascadero for a wedding and the house was lovely. Clean, stylish, and good separation of the spaces. Would return.

Beautiful, clean and great location

Looks exactly like the photos! Everything was new and clean. Even though it was 103 degrees outside, we were cool and comfortable inside with the AC units in each room. Nice kitchen to cook, comfy beds and plush towels. We are already planning our next trip back!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and met all of our needs. Enjoyed the extras…Like the ping pong table, corn hole game and electric bikes. Great location by the lake. Make sure to take advantage of the lake views!

Great stay!

We had a great time at this property! About 20 mins to either Paso or SLO. The house is within walking distance of the lake, a park, and the zoo. We took daily walks around the lake. It was nice & quiet and would definitely recommend! This weekend was a girl’s trip but we’d definitely bring our families back as well. Perfect for adults and kids alike. Thanks for a great stay!
