Seagrass Cottage w/private boardwalk to the beach!

Enjoy a vacation of relaxation, convenience, and ease at Seagrass at The Crab Point Cottages here in Carolina Beach. This private, two level duplex is ocean side with a private boardwalk, 2 minutes from the heart of Carolina Beach. The living room host a queen size sleeper sofa with linens provided. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, as well as basic appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, wash/dryer, and coffee machine. We also provide bed linens and bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and enough garbage bags for a short terms stay. If you are looking to explore the island we have two beach cruiser bikes available in the garage. If you would like to grill out we have a propane grill on-site. This property is dog friendly, with a limit of 2 dogs and a fee of $100 per dog.

Great Location

Family and I had a good time at the beach. While this is not oceanfront, it is right at the shoreline with a private boardwalk. Not far from restaurants, beach shops and grocery stores. The garage is tight, my car fit okay but nothing much bigger would fit. The outside shower was great for rinsing sand off. My brother’s dog was welcome and we so appreciated that!

Carolina beach sunrise

Well equipped but beach chairs ought to be replaced. Would add a word of caution for people with any physical disability - a climb of narrow stairs. No view from the unit but a quick walk to see beautiful sunrises. Lovely weekend away.

Perfect location, good spaces

This property is perfect for those looking to spend a majority of their time on the beach. Inside there was enough space to meet our needs. My only complaint is there were no dish detergent or kitchen trash bags. I would stay here again and recommended to friends and family.

Nice place

Nice place. Only thing I can say to help someone whos never rented, the garage is super small our suv barely made it but our truck did not. So be cautious on what you drive. Overall I would recommend to anyone.

family beach trip

clean, close to beach with easy path access, had some beach shovels and boogie boards for the kids. would have appreciated beach towels though and the mattress in the pull out couch is dirty, so that child slept on top of the couch without it pulled out. otherwise, good beach spot thanks
