Check In Issues

Completely perturbed that I signed an agreement claiming check in by 4. Room was not ready till 4:30 then had an issue with key not working. I asked for a 10:30 checkout to make up for the lost time up front. They flat out refused and said I’d be charged for anything after 10 am. For that reason I will not return. So many other places to check out in Austin that are hopefully more customer friendly. Condo was tiny. Would not recommend more than 4 people in the 2 bedroom.

Great location. Place was very nice but quite expensive. Valet parking only at $40/day.

Good location but only set up for a night or two

Location and beds good but everything else not so much. Condo while looks good is not set up for an extended stay. Need a decent coffee maker, struggled for five days just for morning coffee. Hard to find coffee pods, none of the coffee cups fit the coffee maker and it only makes espresso not a cup of coffee. Also none of the basics like salt and pepper, cupboard or counter space. Had to unplug IPad evrytime open the dishwasher door, needed to stand on a chair to set the controls on the dryer, no rack for washcloths or hand towels in the bathrooms and no sponges or dishcloths to wipe counters or wash dishes in the kitchen. And in the primary bedroom the bed was so close to the bathroom wall that you banged your leg on the platform bed corner every time. Front desk staff very kind and helpful and as stated a good location if you can put up with the rest.

Awesome location!

Fantastic building walking distance to Rainy street. The Host is fantastic! The only negitive (which is of no fault of the host, is the daily parking fees are considerably more than what was expected due to a number of additional fees and they automatically include a generous gratuity. It would be much better if they included a minimum gratuity charge & then patrons could supplement that. As i said, that was a building policy & had nothing to do with our host. Overall the experience was fantastic.
