Envision yourself watching the kids play outside while enjoying the ocean breeze sitting on your patio. Beyond your patio and backyard is the private gated boardwalk taking you to the beach. St. Augustine's Spanish colonial history is reflected in the area's buildings and architecture. Your professionally decorated unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is kept extremely clean, smoke free and pet free. Kids love this place - especially the backyard.

Completely remodeled in 2022/23 with all new LG appliances (including washer and dryer), kitchen cabinets and counter tops, all new luxury vinyl flooring, fresh trim, lighting and paint, as well as all new furnishings and motorized full sized beds in the guest bedroom.

Ceiling fans in every room and an open floor plan make for a wonderful island feel. A fully-equipped kitchen will help you stretch your food budget. There's a washer and dryer right in the unit so you can pack less stuff, and keep your pool/spa towels dry and fluffy.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, as well as an en suite bathroom including a spacious walk-in shower and built-in seat. With two double beds in the guest bedroom, a full guest bathroom with tub, and the additional full-size sleeper sofa in the living room, your home can accommodate 6 comfortably.

Plenty of room for all to have a most peaceful vacation. Enjoy family movie night with one of the many movies provided, or how about some puzzles and games with the kids - also provided. High speed dedicated Wi-Fi is included, along with beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys.

Unlike units on upper floors, no need to drag your beach & pool gear up and down stairs or through your home. Just leave them safely right by your patio for your use at any time. Don’t forget to bring your bicycles. Because your home is next to the boardwalk, it’s so easy to go biking right on the beach. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise from your patio, and later watch the beautiful changing light at sunset. In addition, this is a corner unit providing more windows and light to enjoy your views.

Your home is just down the street from both miniature golf, and the Publix shopping center (including Starbucks). Both are close enough to ride your bikes to. Our resort has 24/7 guarded entry security and direct beach access by code only. The complex is one of the only gated communities on the island, and offers not one, but two pools, including a heated one.

Four newly resurfaced tennis courts are a great way to get some exercise. Go fishing in the lake, and then afterwards have a family cookout on the barbecue in the picnic pavilion. Try your hand at shuffleboard and bocce ball too - they’re fun! After an active day, enjoy a relaxing soak in one of five open-air jacuzzies and watch the stars come out. The amenities are really incredible.

For a real change of pace, check out St. Augustine, the oldest city in America. Park your car and walk along the cobblestone streets. For history buffs take a tour of the Castillo de San Marcos - a 17th-century Spanish fort with a real working cannon demonstration daily. The kids will love the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum and the Alligator Farm. Everyone will love the fantastic restaurants, homemade fudge, and ice cream.

Located conveniently in northeast Florida between Jacksonville and Daytona, the unspoiled white beaches on the coastline of St. Augustine will keep you coming back for many years to come.
